I really hate to see the "MSF" get control of the program, the way they did. It, (the whole thing) stinks to high politics, and, I'll bet there are palms being greased both ways.

I'm really glad Oregon won, but it is semi-sweet at best. I'd much rather the outcome was to break "MSF" stanglehold on training....... MHO

Wanderer,

How do define Team Oregon won? If you mean they can continue to use the MSFs copywrited material as long as they include an acknowledgement to the source and agreed to not distrbute thier course materials outside the state of Oregon, I guess they won.
