If you are applying for membership, we are excited about having the opportunity to add new friends to our growing family.
You may choose from three options below to apply or renew:
Option 1.	An on-line application through our secure server. The information you enter on the form is encrypted when submitted to ensure security, if you are the least bit uncomfortable you may want to consider one of the other options below.
Option 2.	A choice of 2 application formats you can print on your printer. By clicking Option 2 you will be taken to a page that has an application form in two print formats. Send the completed form to our GWTA Office.
Option 3.	You may phone, fax, or e-mail the GWTA Office. Give your name and address, and we will send an application form to you with mailing instructions.  If you choose you may apply over the phone and charge it to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.
